Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read following cancellation and refund policy before you pay for any of the services provided by Tejas Psychological Counselling-Hypnotherapy Center.

  • For all the services (Counselling-Therapy), Trainings, Workshops no refund is possible at any situation
  • For In-person / Offline counselling at Tejas Psychological Counselling-Hypnotherapy Center, you should be on time and report to the counselor within 30 minutes from the time of appointment. If it does not happen, it will be taken as NO SHOW and your session will be cancelled. No refund will be provided. You should stick to the timing. The session cannot be rescheduled.
  • The payment you would do is for only 1 counseling session. If that session ends before 60 minutes, you cannot ask for refund for the non utilized minutes for the reason that the one hour slot is booked exclusively for you.
  • For Online counseling, please make sure that you have Broadband / Fibernet / High Speed Mobile Data connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be provided. If there is any internet connection problem from the counselor’s side, he will give you a slot in your convenient time sooner. The payment you would do is for only 1 counseling session. If that session ends before 60 minutes, you cannot ask for refund for the non utilized minutes for the reason that the one hour slot is booked exclusively for you. You should be on time and report to the counselor within 20 minutes from the time of appointment. If it does not happen, it will be taken as no show and your session will be cancelled. No refund will be provided. You should stick to the timing. The session cannot be rescheduled.
  • For online live courses/workshops via Zoom / Google Meet, please make sure that you have Broadband / High Speed Mobile Data with required daily usage data. If there is any problem from the participant’s internet connection/ app/ phone/ laptop/ PC/ microphone, no refund will be provided. For safety, please have more than one source of internet.
  • For all the online services / webinars/ workshops, only the registered candidate should attend. If someone else along with the registered candidate attending the session is found, the client’s / candidate’s registration will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be given.
  • If you do internship in TCC as a requirement from your college or university such as IGNOU or University of Madras, internship report /case studies should be submitted to get the certificate.
  • For all Online services, the video should be switched on during sessions / workshop / webinars. If the registered candidate is not appearing on the screen or the video is being recorded, the candidate’s registration will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
